Currently working in Africa, building sustainable growth within the industrial, agricultural, manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and development banking sectors as a Senior Consultant. My primary work is in Lean cultural change management, optimal layout design, organizational transformation and efficiency optimization. Improving the working environment, the seamless flow of materials, production uptime, workload balance, on time deliveries and customer etopia. In most cases the throughput increase is between 30-60 %.
Other duties include but not limited to marketing, sales, research, customer development, bridging cultural gaps and improving working relationships with the organization.
