I started working in IT as a IBM Mainframe Developer in 1989 and have always worked on Banking systems. In 2009 I started to lead development teams. This is my passion, lead people.
I love long lasting working relationships, and I had worked for no more than three companies in my whole life.
I am currently in Brazil working as IT Project Manager at Bradesco Insurance but I want to move to UK soon. I'll take my kids with me to give them chance to live in a different culture, having a high class education.
A job in UK would be a life changing to me.
