Currently, with more than 18 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management under my belt, I have fulfilled a gamut of roles in the HR domain which encompasses Group HR & Administration Manager, Research & Development Manager and HR Consultant in Oil & Gas, Construction Engineering Industries in the Mid – East region. My expertise has empowered me to provide custom built programs that are ‘fit for purpose’ and deliver business solutions that helps in deriving exceptional performance. Apart from this, in personal capacity I deliver back to the community by being a life skills trainer and provide career guidance and counselling to aspiring students and as well as help them in developing a perspective of their own. In addition to that, I also envision myself as a motivational speaker.
