I am a Chief Diversity Officer, and am responsible for cultivating a work environment that encourages and supports diversity and inclusion. I work to promote equality thus reducing discrimination within the workplace creating an environment in which all employees can bring ideas and collaborate for a common department, and/or organizational goal. A while back I was given the nickname “BridgE” for supporting recruitment efforts as I connected applicants to services, recruiters and/or employers.
